Make your ideas come to life with our personal design service, if your finding it impossible to find that perfect item of jewellery why not come to us with any ideas, drawings or photos you have and let us create that special and unique piece for you.

Most peoples first thoughts are "if its going to be made to order its going to be expensive" this couldnt be further from the truth, you will find that even our handmade items are more affordable than most high street jewellers mass produced items.

Our goldsmiths have designed and made 1000's of beautiful items of Jewellery over the years, we have even made a ring for the Welsh legend that is Tom Jones.

Time Scale

Bespoke comissions can take between 2-6 weeks depending on complexity.

We can produce computer rendered images so you can get an idea of what your final piece wil look like before we start on the real thing.

Repairs & Alterations

We can alter or repair ALL styles of jewellery. Whatever your requirements, we are here to help. We have onsite work stations where all our work is carried out by professional repairers. You are more than welcome to visit our shop to view our many ranges of jewellery or to discus your requirements with one of our friendly goldsmiths, there is always at least two goldsmiths on hand to give you their profesionnal opinion and thoughts on the item of jewellery in question.

Unlike other jewellers we do all our own repairs and alterations so turnaround times are quick. Average turnaround time is 3 to 4 days. On certain items we can offer a 1 hour service depending on how busy we are.

We can assist with all types of repairs for your broken jewellery, if you can't see what you are looking for please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Ring Resizing

Whether you want a ring to be made larger or smaller, we will do a seamless resize. You can trust us to look after your ring and return it to you perfectly resized and repolished looking like new

New Ring Shanks

Has the back of your ring worn away over the years? If so we can cut off the old band andreplace it with a new thicker band returning the ring to its original glory. We can even use your bits of old broken jewellery

Stone Replacement

Have the Diamonds or other gemstones fallen outof your ring and been lost? We can help, including replacing & matching stones for your wedding or engagement ring.

Chain Repairs

Necklaces, bracelets and anklets can all be repaired by us on the premises and sometimes even whilst you do a bit of shopping. We also repair broken catches.

Cleaning & Polishing

Bring back your jewellery’s shine and sparkle with our expert ring cleaning and polishing service. Day to day activities such as housework and gardening can take its toll on your items of jewellery. In particular, jewellery containing stones can need cleaning because dirt gets caught around the stone and is tricky to remove yourself. Jewellery can get scratched and scuffed from everyday wear, but it can be easily be buffed back to a smooth shine. Rhodium plating is also done on the premises.

Engraving

We provide three engraving services, laser engraving, machine engraving and also the lost art of hand engraving. We have a state of the art engraving machine in store that can engrave inside wedding rings, engrave names on ID bracelets etc. We also have a hand & laser engraver that can engrave patterns on wedding rings or family crests to be honest he can engrave almost anything.
